Acadia Woods

Acadia Woods is a lovely cottage, located near all the attractions of Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Just 2 miles to three Park Entrances: Cadillac Mountain Entrance, Duck Brook Entrance and Eagle Lake. Eagle Lake provides one of the best ways to access the carriage roads to start your biking. Acadia Woods is situated in a very residential neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. The cottage is not visible from the road and provides peace and quite, surrounded by 2 acres of land. Acadian Ridge Trail can be accessed from the back yard!

The cottage features a living room, den and a huge eat-in kitchen with a side access to the deck and back yard. There are 4 bedrooms (two queens, two rooms with two twins) and 2 full baths. There is also an air mattress for two add'l (small) guests. The basement provides a side door access from the outside so you can store your bikes and kayaks.

Amenities include diswasher, washer/dryer, two TVs with satellite, WIFI, gas BBQ grill, microwave, stereo, DVD player.

Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park offer visitors a variety of activities, including hiking, biking, boating, whale watching, canoeing (kayak and canoe tours), lake swimming, carriage road walks, horse back riding, wonderful dining, shopping, deep sea fishing! Visit the oceanarium, sail on the Margaret Todd, take a Jackson Lab visitors tour, enjoy tea and popovers at the Jordan Pond House, golf at a PGA top-rated course, play tennis. Kids activities include water park, petting zoo, miniature golf, beaches, and lots of ice cream/dairy bars!
