This sweet, gorgeously appointed 2 bedroom cottage is tucked away on a scenic road, outside of downtown Bar Harbor. Sitting on 2 acres of land, the cottage enjoys relative privacy among the flora and fauna. Lovely trees and shrubs surround the cottage, and deer stroll by the french doors in the dining area! Located in one of Bar Harbor's villages, Town Hill, it's just a 13 minute drive to downtown Bar Harbor, over the Crooked Road. It's just 5 miles or so to wonderful Echo Lake, Somes Sound and hiking trails in Acadia National Park. There's also a nearby path taking you to the shore.

The owner has lovingly created a near allergy-free environment—this cottage is immaculate. The first floor features the kitchen, living room, dining area, library/sitting room, and a half bath with laundry. The second floor features a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds and a full bath. Maximum number of guests is 4.

Amenities include: washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable, two TVs, DVD player, WIFI, stereo, gas BBQ, microwave, patio furniture.
