Sweet small cottage at the edge of downtown Bar Harbor, Devon Cottage offers guests a wonderfully convenient location, cozy accommodations and a nice distance ocean view! Walk to the downtown shops and restaurants, ride your bike into Acadia National Park, and enjoy refreshments on your deck overlooking the ocean. A great in-town location for a small family or two couples!

This 2-story, 2 bedroom cottage features one queen bedroom and a twins bedroom, both located on the second floor (the twins bedroom can be reached by walking through the queen bedroom). The first floor features the living room, kitchen, and dining area (sleeps a total of 4).

Amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware and diningware. There is a 60" flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, and WIFI. There is a gas BBQ grill out on the deck. The cottage also has a garage to store your bikes in. There is no land line phone here but gets good cell phone reception.

There is off street parking for two cars.

Acadia National Park is just minutes away, as is Kebo Valley Golf Course, public tennis courts, beaches, lakes, hiking and walking trails and much more! You can also kayak off the Sand Bar, just a few minutes away.
