Eden Villa

Eden Villa is a wonderful, spacious, in-town Bar Harbor cottage within walking distance of everything downtown. Located on a non-throughway lane, it enjoys relative peace from the hustle and bustle of downtown Bar Harbor in the summertime, but allows guests to walk to restaurants, shops, activities like whale watching, sea kayak tours, bike rentals and more! Just a 3 minute walk to the Sand Bar, where you can launch a canoe, swim, fish, or walk to Bar Island during low tide.

The 3-story, five bedroom cottage features two king bedrooms, two twins bedrooms and a bedroom with one double bed and a sleep futon. There is also a sleep sofa in the living room. The cottage can accommodate a maximum of twelve guests. The large kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware and diningware. There are 2 cable TVs in the cottage, a stereo, DVD player, and high speed internet. There is a gas BBQ grill, and outdoor dining for six on the gorgeous deck. There are 2 bathrooms.

Other amenities include a washer/dryer, off street parking for up to 4 cars, and a lovely, landscaped fenced-in yard.

You'll also be just 3 minutes to Acadia National Park's Loop Road, where you'll enjoy hiking, biking, carriage road walks, beaching, bird watching, swimming and the most beautiful natural mountain and sea vistas in the U.S. in Acadia National Park.
