Glen Mary Cottage

Situated on a cute in-town lane, Glen Mary Cottage is a lovely, recently-built 3+ bedroom cottage that sleeps up to seven guests. Spacious and comfortable, it's a great family retreat. It's located across the street from the Glen Mary Park (with swings and a small swimming pool), it's just a 5 minute walk to the downtown "block". Glen Mary Cottage is a lovely home with a nice backyard—the convenience of staying in town, but in a quiet setting.

The cottage has four bedrooms: one king bedroom, one queen, and two bedrooms with a single bunk twin in each. There is also a fun family room, on the lower level, with couches, flat screen TV, a double sofa bed and a twin sleep sofa. There are two full bathrooms and a 1/2 bath.

Amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware and diningware. There is cable TV, a stereo, DVD player, and WIFI. There is a gas BBQ grill and picnic table in the backyard, and sweet front porch. The living room features a gas fireplace and there is a full sit-down dining room.

There is off street parking for one car. And street parking is allowed.

Note: there is a garage apartment on the property with a year-round renter (who has use of the backyard), but has its own private entrance.

Acadia National Park is just minutes away, as is Kebo Valley Golf Course, public tennis courts, beaches, lakes, hiking and walking trails and much more! You can also kayak off the Sand Bar, just a few minutes away.

This is a Sunday to Sunday rental. Sorry, no pets.
