The Parsonage House

The Parsonage House is gorgeous 3-bedroom cottage, in town Bar Harbor. This beautifully restored (and well-appointed) cottage has captured the feel of the grand town homes of Bar Harbor, but with every creature comfort desired in a vacation home. Located on historic Ledgelawn Avenue, it's just a couple minutes walk to the village shops and restaurants. Enjoy this well-kept property, with lovely landscape touches and wonderful patio, and still be close to all of Bar Harbor's attractions!

The first floor has living room, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bath (and a "mud room"). There's also a nice entryway porch/sitting area. The second floor has the master bedroom, full bath, and a TV room with a twin daybed. The third floor has a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bath with large tub.

It has a lovely backyard patio with dining furniture and gas grill. It has all the amenities, including two cable TVs, internet, dishwasher, washer/dryer, stereo, and a well-stocked kitchen.

Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park offer visitors a variety of activities, including hiking, biking, boating, whale watching, canoeing (kayak and canoe tours), lake swimming, carriage road walks, horse back riding, wonderful dining, shopping, deep sea fishing! Play golf at a PGA top-rated course nearby, and tennis down the road. Kids activities include water park, petting zoo, miniature golf, beaches, and lots of ice cream/dairy bars!
