This 2-bedroom cottage is just 4 miles from downtown Bar Harbor, 3 miles from the main entrance to Acadia National Park. It's also just up the road from the ocean (though shore access is not provided from the property). Set in a lovely wooded environment, Sand Point Cottage offers peace, quiet, and the perfect summer vacation spot. Read a book, enjoy nature out on the deck, talk a walk down toward the shore, or walk through the delightful seaside village of Salisbury Cove.

The cottage features 2 bedrooms (one queen bed, one double bed), two bathrooms, a full size kitchen, dining area, large cozy living room with two couches and wood-burning fireplace, and a sweet sitting porch—complete with an old-fashioned checkers game! Amenities include dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, linens, diningware, cookware (including a lobster pot!), TV (cable), VCR, DVD, BBQ (charcoal), stereo, in cable internet access (you'll need your laptop). Sorry, no washer/dryer.
